Hi friends! I’m Coach Joseph D.G. Hanna and I have been helping people change their habits + lifestyles to reach their fitness goals since 2011.

My passion for helping others came long before I ever got into fitness. I began my career working in a Miami hospital where I learned about how important preventative healthcare is to our overall health.

After successfully working with thousands of women and men, I knew I could help millions more, so I began transitioning into a full time online coach.

I specialize in helping parents go from their current reality to their preferred reality in the safest time frame possible for sustainability. My programs enable me to help clients, just like you, from all around the world, target and eliminate their pain points.

My goal is simple: I am here to help busy parents, just like myself, get fit + boost their confidence long term using a practical approach.

As a parent, I’ve dealt with the same issues you’re experiencing now such as weight fluctuations, how to eat, time management challenges, and bad sleeping habits.

I am a NASM certified nutrition coach, personal trainer, and weight loss specialist.
